Using this site

By shopping with Beelicious Charm House you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't place an order.

You must be able to enter a valid payment method and shipping address to check out.

Products are handmade

Every piece is made by hand to order. Small variations in charm placement, colour tone and finish are part of the craft, not a defect.

Product photos show past work and design direction; your piece will be its own one-off.

Orders and pricing

Prices, availability and options shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your order.

We may cancel and refund an order if a piece can't be made as requested, or if a listing error is found.

Your content

By uploading photos or notes you confirm you have the right to use them, and you give Beelicious permission to use them solely to create your order.

We may decline a request that is unsafe to produce, infringes someone else's rights, or is offensive.

Brand and imagery

The Beelicious Charm House name, logo, mascot, artwork and site design belong to Beelicious Charm House and may not be reused without permission.

Formal liability, governing-law and dispute wording is being finalised and will be published here before launch. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.
