Every piece is made to order

Nothing in the Charm House is mass produced. When you place an order, your piece is built by hand, charm by charm, specifically for you.

That means no two pieces are ever identical — even inside the same colour vibe or theme.

The three ways to order

FREESTYLE — you choose only what we need (product, phone brand and model, base). Beelicious has full creative control over colours, charms, rhinestones, theme, layout and finish.

COLOR VIBE — you choose the colour direction and, if you'd like, a name or short word. Beelicious designs everything else inside that colour world.

CUSTOM — you share photos, inspiration, theme, colours, text and notes for a fully personalised piece.

About uploaded photos and inspiration

Photos and inspiration images you send are treated as reference for a handmade design. They guide the vibe — they are not reproduced exactly.

Exact duplication of an inspiration image is not guaranteed. If something in your reference cannot be recreated safely on a case, clip or grip, we'll reach out before making it.

Please only upload images you have the right to use.

Changes and cancellations

Customisation details can be updated while your order is still in review, before production begins. Message us with your order number as soon as possible.

Once a handmade piece is in production the design is locked, because the materials have already been set by hand.

Approvals and questions

If a custom request is unclear, missing a phone model, or needs a decision from you, your order is flagged as needing information and we'll contact you at the email on the order.

Turnaround

Handmade processing time is being finalised and will be published here and on the Shipping & Processing page before launch.

Bundle orders ship once every piece in the bundle is finished — case, grip and clip travel together.
