Everything is handmade to order

Nothing in the Charm House is pre-made or dropshipped. Each case, clip and grip is built by hand after your order comes in, which is why timelines here are longer than a mass-market shop.

Current make time is 3–7 business days before your parcel leaves the studio. Custom photo-inspired pieces and multi-piece bundles sit at the longer end of that range.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are worked in the order they arrive. Once your pieces pass their finishing check they're packaged in the black and gold honeycomb box and handed to the carrier.

You'll receive tracking by email as soon as the label is scanned. If a piece needs an extra day for the glue or resin to fully cure, we'd rather hold it one day than ship it soft.

Shipping times

Standard domestic delivery is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch. Expedited options, where offered, are shown at checkout with their own estimate.

Carrier delays, weather and holiday volume are outside our control. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier, not guaranteed by Beelicious.

Addresses and undelivered parcels

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship exactly to the address provided.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; a second postage charge may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking stalls or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan with photos of the box and contents so we can open a carrier claim and sort you out.
