What we collect

When you shop, checkout is handled by our commerce provider, which collects the details needed to process and ship an order: name, email, shipping address, contact number and payment confirmation. Card details are never stored by this website.

For custom orders we also keep the customisation you provide — phone model, base, colour vibe, personalisation, notes and any inspiration photos you upload.

If you join the Hive newsletter, we keep your email address for that purpose only.

How we use it

To make your handmade piece, to package and ship it, to send order and tracking updates, and to answer your messages.

Newsletter emails are only sent if you signed up, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Your uploads

Inspiration photos are stored privately and are visible only to Beelicious for the purpose of making your order. They are not shown to other customers and are not published without your permission.

Who can see your information

Only Beelicious. Your order details are never visible to other shoppers.

Information is shared with the services that make the business run — payment and checkout, shipping carriers and email delivery — strictly to complete your order.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information, or to remove uploaded photos after your order is complete, by contacting us with your order number.
